Typical Field Trip Destinations:  Spring Valley Nature Center, Volkerling Farm, , area playgrounds, Pirates' Cove in Elk Grove Village , area pet stores , Poplar Creek Library, Farmer's Market, Schaumburg, the fire station in summer and Goebbert's Pumpkin Farm in the fall.
